Notify the Land Pro Creations warranty team promptly if you notice any issues with the landscaping or materials installed by Land Pro Creations. To request an evaluation under this warranty, please contact Land Pro Creations within the warranty period specified in your warranty documentation. Providing clear pictures and detailed description of the issue will help our warranty department process your request in a timely manner. Land Pro Creations will then schedule an inspection of the property as soon as possible, which may take up to seven (7) business days. If, after inspection, it is determined that warranty service is required, Land Pro Creations will perform the necessary repairs or replacements at a mutually agreed-upon date with the property owner.
